Activities

1. SURVEY STUDIES

 

Semi-structured questionnaires will be applied to youth workers selected from partner countries in order to determine the skills they need by examining the attitudes and behaviors of youth workers in crisis situations.

 

2. CONTROLLING THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

The training contents developed in the Wise Mind project will be examined by the instructors who participated in the instructor training.

 

3. INTERNATIONAL MEETINGS

Project Kick-off Meeting: The meeting was held on 4-5 February 2020, hosted by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family, Labor and Social Services, with the participation of partner institutions in Bahçelievler Campus of the institution. At the meeting, ideas were exchanged by working on the project activities and products.

 

4. LEARNING, TEACHING AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Within the scope of the project, a training will be held thanks to which youth workers will learn the project details, intellectual outputs, which methods they will use while working with young people; and how to manage trauma better. With this training, youth workers will have the necessary skills and equipment to cope with situations such as stress, burnout syndrome, and lack of motivation.

 

5. MULTIPLIER EVENTS

Project results will be shared and disseminated at the end of the project through the multiplier events organized in all partner countries.
