Wise Mind Project Local Project Meeting was Held
Wise Mind Project International Project Management Meeting was held. Wise Mind Project which has been managed by European Union and Foreign Relations Office on behalf of Governorship of Istanbul is supported by the European Commission through Turkish National Agency under the Erasmus + Key Action 2 Youth Education Programme. In the Wise Mind project carried out under the coordination of Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family, Labor and Social Services between 01/11/2019 and 31/10/2022, Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Governorship of İstanbul, YOUNET (Italy), Youth for Equality (Slovakia), Anata Foundation (Netherlands), Drosostalida (Greece) and Humanity & Longevity (Bulgaria) are the partners of the project. The primary objective of the Wise Mind project is to develop the crisis management skills of traumatized young people and youth workers working with these young people. The online management meeting of the project was held online on 19th of August 2020 with the participation of all partner institutions due to the ongoing pandemic. In the meeting, the surveys and implementation methodology to be applied to the youth workers were shared. The questions of the partner institutions about the implementation processes were answered and their suggestions were evaluated.
In the next phase of the project, the crisis intervention skills and needs will be determined through surveys to be applied to youth workers.
